We are passionate about coffee. We aim to make the best coffee in Cornwall! Our staff are all trained baristas and our coffee is freshly roasted and carefully selected for its quality, taste and certification. Why not pop in for a quick cuppa or grab a cup to go. If you love our coffee then we also sell retail bags so you can enjoy origin coffee at home.

Our coffee is roasted just up the road in Helston and is certified both Organic and Fairtrade. The blend used in the deli is made up of the following coffees:
Shoye Co-operative | ETHIOPIA
Coconut, aromatic jasmine and orange blossom.
Shoye is a tiny grower cooperative in south Sidamo; more specifically they are located in and around the city of Yirgalem. Many of the smallholders involved produce this coffee in their gardens and by cooperating in their small group they are able to produce a distinctive coffee that boasts a deeply aromatic cup. The coffee is a mix of several local varieties and after washing it is dried on traditional, raised, woven African beds.

Cecocafen is a Fairtrade Cooperative that has been helping thousands of small family growers across the highlands of the oldest coffee growing region of Nicaragua, achieve higher prices for their coffee.
Cocaol | HONDURAS
COCAOL is located in the Santa Maria de Real region of Central Honduras, near the White Mountain and old-growth forests, with an elevation of 9-1400m. Honduras is considered a biodiversity hotspot due to its numerous varieties of plant and animal life, and the cooperative plays an important part to ensure its members are careful to protect the habitat of these to ensure a sustainable future.
